Bulldog Binder™

The Bulldog Binder™ is designed for use by trained personnel to secure cargo during transport. Improper use, misuse, overloading, or failure to inspect equipment before use may result in load shift, load loss, serious injury, or death.

Before using the Bulldog Binder™, always ensure that:

• The binder, chain, hooks, and all load restraint components are compatible and rated for the intended application.
• The Working Load Limit (WLL) of the complete load restraint system is never exceeded.
• The binder is only used with the chain sizes and grades specified by Universal Restraint Systems.
• The binder is inspected before each use and removed from service if it shows signs of wear, damage, deformation, corrosion, cracking, or other defects.
• The load is properly positioned, evenly distributed, and secured in accordance with applicable cargo securement regulations.
• All moving parts operate freely and the locking mechanism is fully engaged before transport.
• The binder is never modified, welded, heated, repaired, or used with unauthorized replacement parts.
• Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn during installation, tensioning, and release.

Always inspect your load and load restraint system after the first few miles of travel and recheck periodically throughout your journey, as required by applicable cargo securement regulations.

The Bulldog Binder™ is intended solely for cargo securement. It must never be used for overhead lifting, supporting suspended loads, towing, recovery operations, or any application other than its intended purpose.
