Orders may only be cancelled or returned with the prior written approval of Universal Restraint Systems (“the Company”). Any return resulting from customer error will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoice value, if approved by the Company. In such cases, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, and must not be shop-soiled, damaged, or obsolete. The Company reserves the right to reject returned goods or to credit them at a reduced rate if these conditions are not met.


For returns resulting from a Company error, no restocking fee will apply. The Company will also cover any associated return shipping costs. Returned goods in these instances should still be returned in their original condition and packaging wherever possible.


All goods returned without prior written approval may be rejected. Credit for returned items will be assessed upon inspection and is at the sole discretion of the Company.
